Refund Policy: Refunds are available for unused lessons upon request. Completed lessons are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a lesson will be charged as completed.

Service Delivery: All lessons are provided online through the ClassIn platform.

Payments: Lesson packages must be purchased in advance. Payments are billed after students use their purchased lesson balance.
